Volunteers will be delivering handbooks

There are a group of Baytree residents who have volunteered to deliver the Residents’ Handbooks that have not yet been picked up.  Please welcome these neighbors when they come to your door and provide your signature when they ask.

Your updated 2025 Residents’ Handbook contains a wealth of information about our community.  Please read through the Table of Contents so that you’ll know where to look for information that you may need.

REMINDER:  Resident’s Handbook TODAY

REMINDER:  You can pick up your copy of the 2025 Resident’s Handbook today, Wednesday, November 5, between 10:00-11:00am at the clubhouse.  You will be asked to sign for your copy.

Clubhouse reopened

The floor work at the clubhouse is complete and the clubhouse, pool, library, fitness room and main room are now open.

Voting Location Change for Baytree

For those who plan to vote today, Tuesday, November 4, the Baytree voting location is the Tavares Civic Center located at 100 East Caroline Street in Tavares.  Baytree residents may have previously voted at the Ag Center, but that voting location is apparently no longer being used for Baytree residents.

Coyote in Baytree

A coyote was recently seen in Baytree.  Please keep an eye on your pets when you’re out walking.
