Parts for the SPA repair have been ordered but won’t be received until next week. (The pool and SPA are over 30 years old and parts are not readily available.) You will be notified when the repair is complete. In the meantime, the SPA continues to be closed. Thank you for your patience.

2) The WiFi at the clubhouse is currently NOT working.
The Baytree clubhouse SPA and the internet are expected to be unavailable for several days due to maintenance issues.
