Attached are the REVISED AGENDA and the proposed 2026 budget for the upcoming Baytree HOA Board meeting, which will be held Wednesday, October 29, at 10:00am in the clubhouse. This meeting is open to all homeowners. This meeting will include a review of our proposed 2026 budget and assessments, which the Board will consider for approval.
