The floor work at the clubhouse is complete and the clubhouse, pool, library, fitness room and main room are now open.

For those who plan to vote today, Tuesday, November 4, the Baytree voting location is the Tavares Civic Center located at 100 East Caroline Street in Tavares. Baytree residents may have previously voted at the Ag Center, but that voting location is apparently no longer being used for Baytree residents.

Attached are the REVISED AGENDA and the proposed 2026 budget for the upcoming Baytree HOA Board meeting, which will be held Wednesday, October 29, at 10:00am in the clubhouse. This meeting is open to all homeowners. This meeting will include a review of our proposed 2026 budget and assessments, which the Board will consider for approval.
