Please volunteer for a working committee of your choice or find ways to support the many volunteers who give their time and talents to make our community a wonderful place to live. This is a community in which you can make your contributions in the areas of finance, architectural review, grounds management, clubhouse management, social/recreation, newsletter/communications, and other areas. You can make your interest known by contacting any board member or members of any working committee, or by filling out our Volunteer Questionnaire and returning it to any board member.

Baytree social functions are held monthly at the clubhouse. In order to share the work and to increase the opportunity to meet and get to know other Baytree residents, a Baytree Monthly Social Committee is created for each month of the year. As new property owners or renters move into Baytree, they are assigned to a Baytree Monthly Social Committee. If the month to which you have been assigned is not timely for you, simply contact the Social Committee Chairperson to be switched to another month. Planning for and working during our monthly dinners and other activities is a wonderful opportunity to become involved in our community. A large portion of our neighbors participate in our monthly dinners to enjoy the great food, fellowship, and fun. Baytree Monthly Social Committees also help to facilitate other group activities such as local tours. It’s always fun to get to know more about the local areas and events with a group.
Residents can check out the main menu on this website to see a listing of the Baytree Social Event Committee members assigned to each month, along with their contact information. There is also a listing of committee captains for each month posted on the bulletin board at the clubhouse.
Get involved – you’ll be glad you did!
