Baytree is a 55+ community located in Tavares, Florida. Our community consists of 215 living units surrounded by 57 acres of open fields and woodlands we refer to as our Greenspace. We have single family homes, as well as four and six-unit villa homes. Our community also has an outdoor pool and a clubhouse for social events. Located in the clubhouse complex is a community library and work-out room. Our homes and the environment that we have nurtured at Baytree have attracted residents with diverse and considerable talents who participate on various committees and on our Board of Directors. With the help of our current Community Association Manger, Specialty Management Company, we have created and maintained a community each of us can be proud of.
